1kg chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
Pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pat drumsticks dry with paper towel (to get a crispier skin). Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Toss chicken drumsticks in mixture to coat. Place drumsticks in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Turn drumsticks and roast a further 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Use mixed dried herbs if fresh herbs aren't available. 1-2 tablespoons should be plenty.
